Handy Tips

Always leave a spare pair of glasses and a spare hat in school. So in the morning if you are in a rush and forget to lift them you are always covered.

Milk in white bowls or cups is difficult to see, so use dark ones instead.

While baking with kids put down a tea towel first to catch the flour that doesn't make it to the bowl or escapes!

I find wearing a really bright plain coat when out helps for your child to locate you easily!

Bright bibs (I got them from IKEA) are great for the children when in the park and playing "tag" so that your child can see them in a crowd!

When my child was a little baby I used a white blanket on the floor - this made it easier to see the bright coloured toys with such a stark contrast!
